Overview:

An exciting opportunity for an organized, self-motivated individual with excellent interpersonal skills seeking to join a well-established, reputable, growing independent advisory and financial services company. The primary responsibility of this position is to engage prospects and manage their application submission through account transfer requirements. This position will depend heavily upon a positive attitude, solid work ethic and keen attention to detail.

 

What you will do:

  • Client appointment preparations for new application submissions
  • Be client liaison through new account process
  • Resolve any issues regarding new accounts, transfers or amendments
  • Keep CRM updated with each interaction and status of requirement
  • Work independently and proactively to meet personal business goals
  • Track and report weekly and/or monthly progress

 

Experience you will bring:

  • Relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Proven experience with completing and processing paperwork
  • Excellent customer service focus
  • Top-notch verbal and interpersonal skills
  • Outstanding communication and ability to learn quickly
